• Do not guarantee financing approvals or vehicle availability. Final decisions rest with dealers and lenders.

• Send SMS text messages and other communications related to your inquiry when you have opted in

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from NYFI Dealer Services at the phone number you provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NYFI Dealer Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification
